System Overview
This platform supports the intake, triage, investigation, data cleansing and resolution of cases. Intake reports can be captured, enriched with narratives, and converted into formal cases. The system provides structured workflows, audit tracking, and centralized data management to support compliance, API Endpoint to support data ingestion data migration, and to support operational efficiency; Printed Reports (Case Summary reports, Audit log reports and Intake Summary Reports).Upload Document as evidence to support a case include (PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PNG,MP3,MP4,WAV,MPEG and MPG). Export and Import of XML files with SHA-256 Hash function for data integrity verification. The platform is Role-based access control.
