This application supports the intake, triage, investigation, data cleansing and resolution of cases. Intake reports can be captured, enriched with narratives, and converted into formal cases. The system provides structured workflows, audit tracking, and centralized data management to support compliance, API Endpoint to support data ingestion data migration,and to support operational efficiency; Printed Reports (Case Summary reports,Audit log reports and Intake Summary Reports).
